Using Crystals with your Chakras

Author: Trying to figure out which crystals/stones to use to help open, balance or boost chakra power can be overwhelming when first starting out. There are so many different options to choose from.
I found this beginners guide from energymuse.com that can help you pair up a crystal to the chakra you are working on. Choose one of the stones that best resonates with you and hold it in your hand or place it on the chakra when meditating. Make sure you clear/program the stone before you use it.

Very cool, thanks Drea. Overwhelming is an understatement. I have some stones and crystals around here (a lot actually), and I have forgotten what most of them are even for. Appreciate the info-graphic, maybe it will help me figure out what I have here. 🙂

Hey Drea, this is a super cool graph. Crystals and their healing power have been popping up here and there for me inspiring me to look more into them. I'm wondering, perhaps in another post or here, if you could elaborate more on methods you use or suggest to clear/program the stone before you use it? Thanks 🙂
